The fine print, explained
- What "unlimited (FUP)" means
- Normal traffic for a small business site: pages, images, the odd large upload. Not bulk file storage, not hosting on behalf of other people. If usage looks like it's affecting other customers on the node, we'll reach out before doing anything else.
- What we don't do
- No overselling. No upsell funnel at checkout: the price you see is the price you pay. No first-year price that triples at renewal; renewal price equals signup price, every year.
- Backup cadence
- Daily backups on every plan. Starter keeps 7 days; Standard keeps 14 days plus a weekly offsite copy; Managed keeps daily and offsite backups with restores on request. We'd still recommend keeping your own copies too.
- Migration policy
- A straightforward migration or setup task, like moving a site over or installing WordPress, is a flat $25, done within 48 hours of you handing over access. Included at no charge on Managed plans.
