What managed means here
- OS patching: monthly, or immediately if a critical vulnerability is disclosed
- Software installs: WordPress, Nginx, Docker, whatever the stack needs
- A firewall and fail2ban baseline, configured before you get the login
- Restore from backup, on request
- Monitoring, with alerting if something goes down
What's not included
- Custom application code, or debugging software you've installed yourself: that's a project, quoted separately
- Migrating you in from another host: scoped and quoted as its own job
- Data recovery past the backup retention window
